Kwikorera vitamin y’imisatsi.

Akamaro ka vitamin ku misisatsi ni ugutuma idacika kandi ikanasa neza. Akenshi ukaba uyigura ukayitwaza muri salon bakayigushyiriramo, cyangwa ku bifurira mu mutwe ukayishyiriramo. Ntango vitamin ari ivuye mu ruganda gusa, hari niyo wakikorera ukoresheje ibintu byo mu rugo bisanzwe nka avoca. Turebere hamwe ibigize iyi vitamin n’icyo bifasha imisatsi yawe mu gihe ubikoresheje.

  1. Avoca

Avoca igira amino acids na protein bifasha imisatsi koroha, ndetse bikanatuma ku mutwe hamera neza. Iyo mu mizi y’imisatsi yawe hatameze neza bituma imisatsi yawe idakura nk’uko yakagombye. Koroha kw’imisatsi nabyo bigatuma idacika.

2.Amagi

Igi cyane cyane umuhondo waryo rigira vitamin A na E hamwe na folate bituma imisatsi yoroha by’umwihariko. Abashakashatsi babonyeko folate ituma imisatsi ikura vuba kurusha ubusanzwe.
